Why UPSC/GPSC Program?

Union Public Service Commission “UPSC” and Gujarat Public Service Commission “GPSC” Produces Civil Servants, bureaucrats like IAS, IPS, IFS, GAS etc. who administer key functions of government regardless of which political party governs the country. UPSC/GPSC are managed by Govt. agencies to conduct Civil Services Examination.

Our Mission

During pre and immediate post partition period Muslims Civil Servants representation was 29% to 30% (Nationwide). Muslims (represent 16% of the nation’s population) representation now reduced 4.5% to 5% which is alarming. Community needs to improve this dire situation which is getting worse day by day.
Some minorities who are less than one percent of the Indian population have made a plan to produce at least 17% bureaucrats and some small minority built a huge hostel at Ahmadabad giving training to 10,000 students to be absorbed in nationwide administrative and judiciary positions.

Our Objectives/Target

• On an average 10, 00,000 students apply for UPSC entrance exam nationwide.
• 1000 students clear the exam i.e. 0.1%
• Of 1000 an average 45 to 50 are Muslims 4.5% to 5%.

Our Strategy To Prepare Students For UPSC Entrance Exam

Considering heavy dropouts and very limited selection, as reflected above, we presented our plans to the current and retired Civil Services experts to produce good number of Civil Servants with limited resources at our disposal. It was unanimously agreed to prepare students for UPSC/GPSC (class 1 & class 2 only) exam.

UPSC Program at Gujarat Level

• There are many small Muslim institutions coaching students for GPSC (Gujarat state level, preparing students for mainly for class 3 exam) program.
• SIYS/PMET is the only Muslim institution started this program in Gujarat
